the italiano way;

i KNOW, i had been saying i'll be back to blog, but i never really did, but eu really cannot cannot blame me. life here is way too amazing, and i dun even know how to begin tellin eu guys how much i love italy.

so a brief explaination - imma in venice, italy, for a year of exchange program. the school's venice international university, which is on an island itself (called san servolo), and our dorm is on the island too, so basically we live and go to school in san servolo. san servolo is a 5 minute boat ride (since venice is a water city, we have no cars, bus or trains haha) to the MAIN island (where all the tourists and pigeons are), so we go there everyday for supermarkets, drinkin, hanging out etc.

the school consists of students from waseda, boston college and duke (USA), tel aviv (israel), ludwig maximilians (germany), kent and cambridge (UK), universitat autònoma de barcelona (spain), università ca’ foscari and università IUAV (italy), tilburg (netherlands)and etc. so everyone's from everywhere, and i cannot tell eu how cool it is to hang out with these people :D

normal weekdays would be school days (and when i mean weekdays/school days, it's monday to thursday cause we have no class on friday. YEAYYYY BABYYYYY!!!) and i only have 4.5 hours of school on monday and wednesday, and 3 hours on tuesday and thursday.

and they're all pretty fun :D workload is tiny bit more than waseda, but it's totally worth it :D

and yes i totally am LOVING italiano. it's a kickass language and just gimme just some time - cause eu know how amazing i am, and eu know how i am with language. HAHA.

and weekends (which starts from thursday night) will be partyin and chillin out with the island people, or grab one of the books i brought along and read it by the sea... i could be with alot of people, or by myself, and would still feel completely comfortable. the pace is so much slower here that we realized that we haven't write ANY schedule in our schedule book ever since we're here. it's such a big contrast from tokyo and i LOVE it.

life here is amazing. the people are amazing (except for the tourists). the VBoys are amazing. the language is amazing. the architectures are amazing. the seaview room is amazing. the accompaniment i have here is amazing. the experience imma getting... wordlessly amazing.

eu guys need to come visit me :)

P/S: next week we'll be going to MUNICH for OKTOBERFEST!!! WHOOHOOOO :D
